EDA Integrity Solutions Ltd (“אנחנו”) מכבדת את פרטיותך ומתחייבת להגן על המידע שתספק. מדיניות זו מפרטת כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים, חושפים ושומרים מידע בעת ביקורך באתר, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות (1981) ותיקון 13 (2025).

• מידע אישי: שם, אימייל, טלפון ונתונים שתספק מרצון.

נשמור מידע רק כל עוד נדרש, אלא אם החוק מחייב שמירה ארוכה יותר.

5. אבטחת מידע ודיווח אירוע

SSL, בקרת הרשאות, גיבויים ותכנית תגובה. אירוע חמור ידווח לרשות תוך 72 שעות.

6. שיתוף מידע

• ספקי שירות תחת הסכמי סודיות
• רשויות אכיפה לפי צורך

7. העברת מידע לחו״ל

תתבצע רק למדינות עם הגנה נאותה או בהסכמי SCCs.

8. זכויותיך

• זכות עיון, תיקון, מחיקה
• התנגדות/הגבלה לעיבוד
• ביטול הסכמה בכל עת
