Identify and correct issues like impedance mismatch and IR drop, set constraints, and use “what-if” scenarios early in the design cycle with Sigrity™ Aurora

This hands-on free workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to In-Design Analysis using Sigrity Aurora. Sigrity Aurora is an integrated design and analysis environment for electrical engineers who design high-speed digital printed circuit boards and systems. It lets you explore and resolve electrical performance-related issues at all stages of the design cycle

Who Should Attend:

EE engineers with basic understanding of the techniques and terms used when designing a high-speed printed circuit board

Workshop Agenda

Lesson 1

Introduction to Sigrity™ Aurora

Introducing in-design Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis workflows directly within the Cadence® Allegro® PCB Designer environment

Lesson 2
Impedance Analysis
Quickly identify impedance mismatch issues in the PCB design

Lesson 3

Reflection analysis
Identify the relative impact of layout features and routing on signal reflections.

Lesson 4

Topology Extractio
Layout-based topology extraction for high-speed signals within the PCB layout canvas and run transient simulations.

Lesson 5

IR Drop analysis.
IR drop workflow to analyse power integrity issues.

Workshop Outcomes:

By the end of the session, attendees will be able to run quick signal and power integrity analysis using Sigrity Aurora product.

Attendees will receive a 30-day Sigrity Aurora evaluation license after completing the workshop!
